Pulseway, announced today the addition of ConnectWise Manage™ to the vendor's Global Technology Integration Program. The technology integration with ConnectWise will enable global customers for both vendors to dramatically reduce the time it takes for technicians to resolve issues, enabling MSPs to deliver a superior level of customer service at a lower cost.

- Automatic service ticket creation within ConnectWise Manage (less work for the mutual partner)
