This privacy policy sets out how MMSOFT Design Ltd. uses and protects any information that you give MMSOFT Design Ltd. when you use our Pulseway solution.

MMSOFT Design Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the Pulseway solution, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Types of information collected

  • When you are creating a Pulseway account we are collecting the following information: name, email address, company name and country.
  • When you are registering your computer for monitoring with our Pulseway service: computer name, operating system name, last public IP address of the computer and the MAC addresses of the network interfaces if Wake on LAN/WAN option is enabled in the application.
  • When you are using our Pulseway mobile application: device identifier, name, description and push notification device identifier

All the information required by the Pulseway solution (such as the state of the computer, services state, running processes) is held temporarily on our servers with the sole intent of displaying this information on the client application (Pulseway mobile application, Pulseway Dashboard and Pulseway Web Application) and it is removed automatically after the request is complete.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information in order to provide you with access to your account, send you email notifications about computer alerts and display the computer details requested by the client application you are using. With your consent, we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We will not sell, distribute or lease any of the information collected to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide you with an email notification of Privacy Policy changes.
