Autotask configuration guide for Pulseway

Open Pulseway Manager and navigate to the 'Settings' tab and 'Autotask' inner tab
Enable the Autotask module and fill in the Username and Password fields
Select the Account on which the tickets will be created
Select in which Queue you wish the ticket to be added
Autotask manager queues
Click on the 'Create test ticket' button to verify the connectivity
Login to the Autotask Service Desk and check out the test ticket
