What is a monitored system?

Pulseway defines a monitored system as a computer, server or an API instance. One computer can monitor websites, virtual machines, cloud instances, network attached devices and it is still considered as a single monitored system.

How many concurrent Remote Desktop sessions can I have?

The Professional plan doesn’t allow for Remote Desktop sessions. The Enterprise and the Enterprise MSP plans allow for multiple concurrent Remote Desktop sessions. 1 concurrent session is included in the Enterprise plan and 2 concurrent sessions are included in the Enterprise MSP plan. You can upgrade the number of concurrent Remote Desktop sessions you have at any time.

What is the difference between the Professional plan and the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan offers a collaborative environment with multi-account management, Remote Desktop Control and additional features such as audit log, white labeling and a notification archive. The Professional plan starts from just one system, while the Enterprise plan starts at minimum 50 systems.

Can I add more systems later?

You can increase the number of systems you monitor at any time. There are no minimum upgrade requirements for the Professional plan. For the Enterprise plan the minimum upgrade requirement is 25 systems. The minimum upgrade for Pulseway Enterprise MSP plan is 10 systems.

Can I switch between plans?

You can switch from any plan to any other plan at any time.

Can I get additional User Accounts and Remote Desktop Sessions?

With the Professional plan you are limited to one user account. With the Enterprise plan you get 50 User Accounts and one Remote Desktop session included with your purchase. However you can purchase additional User Accounts and Remote Desktop sessions and there is no limit to how many User Accounts or Remote Desktop sessions you can purchase.

How many systems can I monitor?

With the Professional plan you can monitor between 1 and 50 systems. The minimum entry requirement for the Enterprise plan is 50 systems and you can monitor up to 100,000 systems. The minimum entry point for the Enterprise MSP plan is 25 systems and you can monitor up to 100,000 systems.

What is multi-account management?

Multiple accounts are only available with the Enterprise and Enterprise MSP plans. You can create multiple user accounts, from read-only accounts to full administrative. This lets you share the management of critical systems between your team members. Additionally, you can offer visibility to clients so that they can see that their systems are monitored.

Can I upgrade from the Professional plan to Enterprise?

You can upgrade to a SaaS Enterprise plan or on premise Enterprise server at any time and the upgraded price will be prorated.

What are the billing options?

The Professional plan and the Enterprise plan are billed annually only. The Pulseway Enterprise MSP plan is billed monthly, with no contracts and no setup fees. A yearly plan is also available with the Enterprise MSP plan, and you can save 10% by paying for a year upfront. Further discounts are available for longer-term contracts.

Can I pay monthly?

A monthly plan is available with the Pulseway Enterprise MSP plan only. The minimum entry point for the monthly Enterprise MSP plan is 25 systems.

What is a PSA User Account?

A PSA User Account is a User on Pulseway’s Business Management software. You can create user accounts for yourself and your team so that you can run your business more efficiently. The business management solution includes functionality for ticketing, project management, accounting, CRM, time-tracking, invoicing, billing and help desk.
